• All payments are final and non-refundable once processed.
• Listings take time to be added across all directories, which is why refunds are not possible.
• Accepted payment methods: USDT, Bitcoin, other cryptocurrencies, Payeer, and Bank Transfer (Wise).
• Payment must be completed in full before listing activation begins.

Listings may be removed under the following circumstances:

• Non-payment of affiliate referrals as described above.
• Upon request — if you wish to have your listing removed, you may request removal for a fee.
• Violation of terms — fraudulent activity, scam reports, or misleading information.
• Panel shutdown — if your panel ceases operations, listings will eventually be removed.

Removal fees apply to cover the administrative work of removing listings from multiple directories.

• All listing packages are one-time payments for permanent placement.
• Listings remain active as long as your panel is operational and terms are followed.
• New directories added in the future may require an upgrade or additional payment to be included.
• We reserve the right to update directory lists as sites are added or removed from the network.

• You are responsible for providing accurate information about your SMM panel.
• We reserve the right to edit listing descriptions for clarity, grammar, and SEO optimization.
• Misleading or false information may result in listing removal without refund.
• Updates to your listing (description changes, URL changes) may incur additional fees.

• We are not responsible for any issues arising from your SMM panel's services or operations.
• Listing on our directories does not constitute an endorsement of your panel.
• We do not guarantee specific traffic, sales, or conversion results from listings.
• SEO benefits (backlinks, domain authority) are provided as-is and may vary based on search engine algorithms.
• Directory availability is subject to change; we cannot guarantee permanent uptime of third-party sites.
